Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review our terms and conditions as making a purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Registration: To purchase products on Sensu website, registration is required. Upon registration, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself. Any changes to your registration details should be promptly communicated to us at shopsensu@gmail.com. Additionally, please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information. We reserve the right to update registration requirements as needed.

Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds are subject to a 5% card processing fee unless credited for future purchases. Further payment authentication may be required, and items will not be shipped until necessary proof is provided within 7 days of request. Failure to provide requested details may result in order cancellation and refund.

Shipping: Orders placed over Christmas & New Year will be processed in January. Orders rejected or returned due to non-payment of duties will be subject to additional fees. After 24 hours, orders are considered accepted unless verification is required.

Promotional Codes: Orders using promotional codes are non-returnable/refundable. While we strive for accuracy, technical errors may occur. Items purchased are subject to international design and copyright laws. Please refer to our Sizing & Fit guide to avoid the need for alterations.

Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase adult products. Customers are responsible for customs regulations in their country. Bespoke/custom orders are available at an additional cost and remain the property of Sensu. Expedited service is available upon request.

Payment Currency: We accept US dollar only. Full payment is required before order acceptance. Prices exclude taxes, which will be applied during checkout for all customers.

Delivery: Products are shipped to the provided address. US deliveries are via USPS or UPS, while international orders are sent via UPS. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Orders may be subject to additional payment authorizations, and delays may occur.

Returns: Products may only be returned for manufacturing faults within 7 working days of delivery, subject to approval. Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Returns are at the customer's expense unless agreed otherwise.

Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with the Data Protection Act. Personal data collected during purchases is used for various purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for your personal data.

Promotional Code Terms & Conditions: Promotional codes do not apply to custom or bespoke orders. All promotional sales are final, and orders are subject to shipping timelines and availability.
